Afya Sacco Society Limited plans to spend Sh300 million this year to fund its members acquire and develop properties.
“Our mission is to promote the social economic wellbeing of the members by providing affordable investment opportunities, acquisition of properties and creating additional income for members,” said Afya Sacco Chairman Vitalis Lukiri.
On Saturday, the Sacco, which started in 1971 handed over 281 title deeds to members for plots at KBC in Ruai on Kangundo Road. “Many people who never dreamt of owning plots and houses in Nairobi and the other urban centres are now proud owners of such investments,” Lukiri said.
